Process

1. The Optimum Solutions SA user fills their search request and undertakes to provide accurate information.	3 minutes
2. Optimum Solutions SA, through Kala Swiss SA, will send this application electronically to the 2nd Pillar Central Office in Bern, together with a power of attorney to receive the result. The 2nd Pillar Central Office compares your personal data with the reports of the 2nd Pillar institutions.	90 days
3. Optimum Solutions SA through Kala Swiss SA receives the result of your request by post and then enters the institutes in which your pension or vested benefits assets are held into its system. You will then receive an email.	3 minutes
4. If you have a vested benefit asset, your financial advisor will contact you to arrange for repatriation. The digital repatriation service is optional.	3 minutes
5. If you have decided to repatriate your assets through our services, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of account opening and the amount of the first payment received.	4 weeks

Charges and fees

The search at the 2nd Pillar Central Office is free of charge.
